Standard or special productions are made in the desired size and pattern by the CNC Fiber Laser cutting machine. As computer-controlled operation, it is very flexible process gives us the opportunity of producing any design on sheet material at any thickness.
Stamping (sheet forming) is the operation made by stamping presses and dies (molds). There are more than 2.000 sheet metal forming dies in our premises, many of them is progressive, means a series of forming and cutting operations are possible by only one die. PLC controlled drivers are used to feed these progressive lines in precise steps.
At some models, we combine stamped sheets by spot welding machines.
