We do two different types of hot forging in the company, hammer forging and drop forging.
Steel bars cut to size, been heated to 1.000 C° (one thousand centigrade Celsius) by gas furnaces or full automatic induction heating machines.
Hammer forging can only been done by “master staff” of the factory, since it is manual operation from start to end and continuous visual check is necessary during the whole process. Therefore, defining hammer-forged components as “real wrought iron” will not be wrong.
We do drop forging by our several forging presses, each of them at different forging power, ranging from 60 tons to 800 tons.
